As a byproduct of test stitching embroidery designs I purchase and testing my own embroidery designs, Jen's Bags! was born.
I started making bags for myself a number of years ago using the stitched embroidery designs as outside pockets on dressy bags or as the fronts of totes and zipper bags.
It didn't take long for family and friends to start admiring my creations and asking me to make bags for them.
The bags you see on these pages are one-of-a-kind creations. No one will have a bag that looks like these.
I will not be able to recreate any of the bags you see here.
If you see a bag you have to have, buy it! Once it is sold, there will never be another exactly like it.

I have created a unique tapestry wallet in a two sizes. These are one-of-a-kind beauties in unique color combinations.
Sizes will vary from one wallet to the next.
If you see one you have to have, don't hesitate to buy it because there is not another one available. It's next to impossible for me to duplicate the colors I choose exactly.
I have found that the larger I-Phones do NOT fit in the large wallet.
Please check the size you require as each wallet is a slightly different size.

PEACOCK BAG 13 x 13 $50.00 This beautiful Peacock is embroidered on a lovely white woven fabric with silver threads throughout. It has a zipper at the top. The back of the bag is a non-metallic champagne embroidered satin. The interior boasts two large snap closed pockets. One is 8 1/4 x 8 1/2 and the other is 8 1/4 x 10 1/2. I included two loops on the outside to hook your keys or ID badge onto. This embroidery design is one of my favorites from Embroidery Library . Embroidery Library designs. . There are two snap on straps for this beautiful bag. One is a 33 inch cross body strap. The other is a 20 inch strap that tucks the bag securly under your arm. I made the strap from a gold and white jacquard print metallic trim for a touch of elegance and backed it with rust colored strapping to give it extra strength.	SUN MOON STEAMPUNK BAG 9 x 9 1/2 $27.00 Looking for a cute bag for all of your essentials? Look no further. I used a couple of Embroidery Library Steampunk designs on this bag.Click here to search for Steampunk designs on their site. The front of the bag is a thin striped woven fabric of black, medium blue-gray and gold threads. It is velvety soft. This zipper top bag is the perfect size for your phone, lipstick and a few other odds and ends you will want on date night. The lining I used for this bag multi colored tan, silver and white abstract cotton print. There is an interior snap 5 1/2 x 8 pocket that has a hook inside to hold your keys or hand santitizer. The removable canvas strap is is decorated with a white woven cluney lace. SUN MOON BAG $30
IRIS TOTE BAG 20 x 16 $50.00 This beautiful bag is roomy enough to use as a carry-on or overnight bag. It has a large 12x12 outside and inside 12x12 snap pocket as well. This heavyweight blue linen and William Morris quilting cotton is stitched with my Iris AcuSketch design. . I added a large snap pocket to the outside big enough for your Kindle and another snap pocket inside in a bronze satin for your phone, charging cords and IPad. A convenient zipper close top bag makes this perfect for securing all your over-night or carry on items. There are also two outside tabs where you can clip on your keys. The triple thick canvas and Cluney lace straps are sturdy enough to hold everything you put inside.	CALLA LILY COMPUTER BAG 19 x 12 1/2 $50.00 Who says a laptop bag has to be boring? I used my Calla Lily AcuSketch test stitch out design for the front of this velcro close computer bag. The complimentary William Morris cotton print edging for the outside is the same that I used for the lining. There is a big 8x16 snap pocket in the lining big enough for a tablet, phone and computer cords. The strap is a canvas webbing in bronze covered on each side with a gold and white woven trim. There are two tabs, one on each side to snap on your keys or memory stick.
TIGER BAG 17 1/2x 15 1/4 $50.00 This dramatic tiger face bag is roomy enough to use as a carry-on or overnight bag. It has a large 12x12 outside and inside zipper pocket as well as a 9x7 snap pocket. This heavyweight orange chennile, faux silk and vinyl zipper close top bag has two outside tabs where you can clip on your keys. The triple thick canvas straps are sturdy enough to hold everything you put inside. I purchased this beautiful oversized design from one of my favorite embroidery designers-BFC Creations. You can find the 2 color design on my Sfumato Embroidery Page 1 HERE	FLAMINGO TROPICAL ZIPPER TOTE 14x14 $45.00 This zipper top bag is ready for the beach or a weekend get-away! I used an Embroidery Library tropical flamingo design on the front of this black canvas tote bag. You can do a search and find it on their site. HERE You will find one of my Zentangle Flamingo designs on the 7x11 snap pocket on the back of this bag. You can find this embroidery design on my Zentangle Embroidery Page In the deep forest green cotton lining you will find a large 10 x 11 1/2 snap pocket on one side with a hook to hold your keys or hand sanitizer. And a divided pocket of 4 1/2 x 7 and 6 14 x 7 for your suntan lotion and phone charger. There is also a hook in the larger division that you can clip your keys to. There are two 'D' rings on the outside of this tote to snap on your keys or lucky rabbit's foot.
MY ZENTANGLE FLOWER TAIL TOTE 13x18 1/2 $50.00 This large canvas and cream colored woven fabric bag has it all! One embroidered 8x15 1/2 outside snap pocket and one 9x10 interior snap pocket. This pocket has a hook inside that can hold your keys or hand sanitizer. Sorry, I don't remember where I found this feather embroidery design. I stitched my large Zentangle Flower Tail Flamingo design onto the front of this bag and then added a few other designs that came with my Janome C17. You can my large flamingo on my Zentangle Embroidery page. It is available in a smaller size too! Zentangle Embroidery Page The interior mauve and blue abstract cotton print makes an eye-catching trim for the top of this beautiful bag. I sewed a two-toned embroidered cluney lace to a cream colored canvas strapping for the straps. Use this for a weekend getaway bag or as a pretty office bag for your kindle and laptop.	BLACK CANVAS TROPICAL FISH BAG 9x9 $25.00 I love how bold this pretty tropical fish looks on this black canvas zipper top bag. I'm sorry, I don't remember where I found the fish design. The interior dark green cotton print has a snap pocket 6 1/2x 5 1/4 with a hook indie for your keys or hand sanitizer. The back canvas strap is removable.
MY OPEN TAIL FLAMINGO MAKEUP BAG 8 3/4x9 1/2 $15.00 I stitched my Open Winged Flamingo on a gold metallic cotton and added decorative verticle borders in a leafy green and brown cotton print. The back of this makeup-sized bag is a pink cotton abstract print. There is a 6 1/4x5 outside snap pocket and a 'D' ring to snap on your keys or hand sanitizer. You can find my Open Tail Flamingo design on my Birds Embroidery page. Birds Embroidery Page This bag is lined with both the pink abstract and the gold metallic fabrics. It does not have any pockets on the inside.	TURTLE CANVAS AND COTTON MAKEUP BAG 8 1/4 x 8 1/2 $15.00 I used my Zentangle Turtle test stitch-out for this makeup bag. There is a 'D' ring on the outside where you can hook your hand santizer. The cheerful teal dotty fabric that I added to the canvas front is also used as the backing and lining fabric. RED and BLACK VELVET ROSE BAG 12 x 7 1/2 $37.00 Elegant embossed black velvet and gold metallic thread on gold fabric front make this bag perfect for any dress-up occasion. This zipper top bag is lined in a red and black cotton rose print that comliments the embroidered roses on the front. It has a small snap pocket inside to hold your keys, compact or lipstick. There is a handy tab on the side where you can clip on your keys or hand sanitizer. The back cotton fabric is a soft taupe with a big flower and bird pattern printed in a soft black. . BUTTERFLY VELVET BAG 12 x 7 1/2 $37.00 Elegant embossed silver-blue velvet and a butterfly and morning glory embroidery design on the front make this bag perfect for a dressy night. The zipper top bag is lined in a soft copper satin. There is a 5x7 snap-close pocket inside big enough for your keys and phone. The removable copper canvas strap can be removed making this a pretty clutch bag There is a tab on the side for your keys or hand snaitizer. This pretty butterfly design can be found on another of my favorite embroidery websites, Embroidery Library.HERE	Embroidered roses on an old-gold colored silk Dupione make for an elegant zipper-top bag. I lined this one in black cotton and included a snap-pocket inside big enough for your keys and lipstitck. The adjustable black canvas and heavy woven cotton cluny lace is removable. SEPIA EAGLE PROFILE TOTE BAG 10 1/2x15 1/2 $30.00 This floral print canvas bag is roomy enough for your Kindle and camera. The inside 7x9 3/4 snap pocket is a great place for your phone or wallet. There is a zipper close top and an outside tab where you can clip on your keys. The canvas straps are sturdy enough to hold everything you put inside. I used a sepia version of the EAGLE PROFILE (no frame,2 color) Sfumato Embroidery design for this zipper bag. After testing the design, I decided to change it in order to highlight the gold eye and beak. You can find the 2 color design on my Sfumato Embroidery Page 1	FALCON COMPUTER TOTE BAG 13 3/4x17 $45.00 This canvas and printed flannel bag has a roomy outside zipper pocket with a pull tab and a 9x11 patch pocket inside. Both are large enough for your Kindle and phone The top zipper will keep your small laptop, mouse and cords secure. Its canvas straps are strong enough for everything you put inside. Don't need another bag for your computer? This would also make a great overnight bag! I used the FALCON Sfumato Embroidery design for this zipper bag.

OWL ZIPPER BAG 8 3/4x11 $12.00 This canvas zipper bag is perfect for a pocket camera and batteries, makeup or pencils and pens. I used the OWL PORTRAIT Sfumato Embroidery design for this zipper bag.	SUN EMBROIDERED CROSS-BODY STRAP 9x10 $15.00 This faux suede zipper top bag is perfect for youngsters or someone who doesn't like to carry a big purse. The long canvas straps could be knotted at the top to shorten or can be taken off if you want to tuck the zipper bag into a larger tote. Inside there one 6 1/2x8 1/2 snap-top patch pocket. Both the zipper and the side loop have a key fob attached.
SEAHORSE ZENTANGLE PHONE ZIPPER BAG 7x5.25 $25.00 This cute zipper-top phone bag with a tropical blue print accent on the front and back is perfect for youngsters or someone who doesn't like to carry a big purse. I used a double layer embroidered cluny lace for the removable strap. Inside there one 5 1/2x5 snap-top patch pocket in the same pretty tropical print. The zipper pull is a gold key ring. The front of the bag is a cream colored canvas and the back is a woven tweed in tan, cream, rust and dark olive. The interior is a two-tone sage striped poly. This tote bag has a large 9 1/2 x 12 1/2 outside snap pocket with a hook inside to attach your keys or hand sanitizer. there are two snap pockets on the inside- one is 11x11 and the other is 6x11. I stitched one of my favorite Embroidery Library Seahorse designs on the front of this bag to give this bag a tropical feel. Embroidery Library designs. . There is one outside 'O' ring and a snap where you can clip on your keys. The thick off-white canvas and metallic trim lace straps give this bag a touch of elegance and are sturdy enough to hold everything you put inside.
